FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Look through our frequently asked questions to find the answer you’re looking for or contact our Denago EV Carts™ support team for assistance.

HOW MUCH DOES AN ELECTRIC GOLF CART FROM DENAGO EV CARTS™ COST?

Our DENAGO electric golf carts start off at $7,995.00

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF MY DENAGO EV CARTS™ WARRANTY?

Purchasing a DENAGO EV® golf cart is an investment in quality, performance, and reliability. To ensure that your investment is well-protected, DENAGO offers a comprehensive warranty.

The typical warranty period for DENAGO EV® golf carts is 2 years from the date of purchase. However, specific components like batteries may have different warranty periods (e.g., 5 years for batteries).

CAN I DRIVE MY GOLF CART ON THE STREET?

Yes! All DENAGO EV Carts™ golf carts are street legal in most of the United States. Check your local and state ordinances to see if you can drive your cart on public roads.

CAN I HAVE ANOTHER DEALER WORK ON MY CART?

Yes. Any authorized DENAGO EV Carts™ dealer can perform warranty work on your cart, however, your original dealer is responsible for warranty work after the sale. If you decide to get warranty work done outside of the dealer who sold you your cart, the parts will be supplied to the non-selling dealer from the Manufacturer, however, the non-selling dealer may or may not charge labor. Work performed outside of an authorized DENAGO EV Carts™ dealer or DENAGO EV Service Factory Center may void the Limited Warranty.
